Jorge Umana - Co-owner
Jorge prides himself on being somewhat of a gourmet coffee expert, intrepid explorer and of course conservationist in the Alto Quepos- Tarrazu Mountains. It is fair to say that Jorge is of no fixed abode; however he does feel completely at home in the Jungle and has frequented the Jurassic Trail area for over 20 years now.
Jorge’s greatest love is his Don Evelio Gourmet Coffee business. His other loves include the ecology and conservation of Alto Quepos Jurassic Trail properties and last but by no means least, is his passion for the internet and copious amounts of good food, especially Tamales and Gallo Pinto!
Jorge always looks forward to his adventures on the Jurassic Trail - Alto Quepos Mountains and takes great joy in inviting travelers for a great cup of freshly brew coffee from his farm.
