...the actual Costa Rica experience of the movie "Jurassic Park "...

While I was walking the Jurassic Trail - Tarrazu Quepos Mountains, it occurred to me that this would be the actual site for the movie "Jurassic Park ". It was thrilling and moving to me that it was possible to feel like you were walking through a Pre-historic country.

I don't know why nature is so moving to me and the kind of encounter that is possible on the Jurassic Trail Guided walk is Costa Rica's wilderness at its most undisturbed, personalised and impressive. The tracks are easy to follow, the accommodation comfortable, welcoming and good spirited. And depending on the weather you may be treated to deep and mysterious mist, river, roaring surf, light and mountains that are heart fearingly beautiful.

...people skills, enthusiasm and knowledge...

The Jurassic Trail guides we had were far superior to the guides on other walks we had experienced - in terms of people skills, enthusiasm and knowledge. We particularly liked hearing Jorge's account of the area's history and of the trials of the early settlers...We also found the Jurassic Trail accommodation superior to many lodges we have been!

Isn't it great to go back for a second go at something, and enjoy it even more the second time around! My wife and I really enjoyed...our tour leaders and the whole 'Jurassic Trail experience' - we will be back! Our UK guests were equally impressed with the standard of accommodation and meals and of course the scenery.
